Steven Scott utilizes Kingsley, an unbiased, 3rd party resident surveying company, to help us determine where we’re doing well, and where we can improve.
So how does Kingsley work? Kingsley offers annual satisfaction surveys and feedback systems to residents in order to gain valuable insight into living experiences. The surveys and systems are designed to identify any issues impacting satisfaction, and in response, help us create relevant action and quality assurance plans. In addition, after surveys are completed, instant emails are sent to the appropriate Steven Scott staff to guarantee any problems are addressed and resolved as soon as possible.

RESIDENT SELECTION CRITERIA
Steven Scott Management, Inc. qualifies all prospective residents based on certain criteria. The following list represents the criteria used for qualifying for an apartment/townhome at one of our properties. For site specific information, please contact the property.
- A criminal/public record background check will be performed on all applicants.
- If information provided by applicant(s) is found to be fraudulent, application will be denied.
- Income Requirements: The combined household income must be equal to or greater than two and a half (2.5) or three (3) times the
- Applicant(s) must provide a government issued photo ID at the time of application. OFAC verification will also be performed.
- A rental/housing history screening report will be performed on all applicants.
- Management charges a non-refundable administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs to the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums.
