New Office, New Steven Scott!
For over 50 years, Steven Scott Property Management has built a long track record as the premier property management company in the Twin Cities. Now we are updating our look and moving into a brand new home to position ourselves for the future!
Our New Location
We are so excited to move our 45 corporate employees into our new development; The Shoreham, at 3020 France Ave. S in Minneapolis. It is hard renting space when we have our own great new buildings! Finally, a location worked that was close to our current home. The Shoreham is close to so many great businesses: from restaurants to shops to outdoor activities. We know our employees will love our new home!
The Steven Scott Office at The Shoreham building represents the best of Steven Scott: modern, world-class and stylish. And that is what we were looking for in our updated logo. We wanted a modern statement for a confident brand. Our new logo is simple. The punctuation after our name shows that with Steven Scott, it’s one and done. Our name is in a box with two corners rounded, to represent a high-touch approach while providing a strong base.

We feel that this logo accurately represents what we’re all about. Steven Scott is dedicated to our local community, allowing for an individualized approach for every opportunity. We are honest and direct, smart and loyal. We believe in teamwork and that is clear every day in what we do.
What sets us apart from other property management teams is the collaboration of our residents, property owners, contractors, business associates, employees and so many other important and loyal stakeholders. Without them, we couldn’t be where we are today.
Steven Scott is the largest, locally owned property management firm in Minnesota. We manage 95 properties with over 9,400 apartments in the Metro area. We manage a variety of apartment communities for a range of diverse ownership groups and specialize in market rate housing, student housing, senior communities and affordable properties.
