Groundbreaking for Peregrine

On March 29th,2022, we celebrated the groundbreaking of a new Schafer Richardson development, Peregrine! This 163 unit building will be entirely affordable at 30% to 80% AMI and includes one to four bedroom apartments. It will be on the Mississippi River in the Hawthorn neighborhood of North Minneapolis, opening in July 2023. Like Viridium, it will be pursuing LEED certification through U.S. Green Building Council and feature a solar array on the rooftop. Follow our opening on our website: www.peregrinempls.com
