Sid co-founded Steven Scott Management and Bader Development, the development division of Steven Scott Management. Sid is currently active in acquisition, financing, and client relations for Steven Scott Management, as well as strategic planning for Bader Development. Sid’s knowledge of financing and government programs is extensive. He is an essential component to Bader Development’s acquisition and financing of regional and national property developments. Sid has been involved in 50+ real estate projects throughout his career in business. He is currently a licensed real estate broker.

This is a cornerstone of Steve’s leadership philosophy and is evident in his involvement with Steven Scott Management and the multi-family housing industry over the past 53 years. As one of the co-founders of Steven Scott Management, Steve is integral in the development of strategic planning for Steven Scott Management, as well as client retention and new business development. Steve is a recognized industry expert and speaker on housing issues in the Twin Cities. He is an advocate for the real estate industry at the municipal and state level and is currently the Chairman of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Political Action Committee (PAC). Steve is a former member of the Minneapolis Real Estate Licensing Board of Appeals, has served as President of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association (MHA), and was a member of the State Housing Court Advisory Committee. In 2002, he received the MHA’s “MADACS President’s Award” and was recognized by MHA with a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2008. In addition, he is a member of the St. Thomas School of Real Estate Advisory Board.

Scott Bader puts this into practice by surrounding himself with intelligent, intuitive people. As a principal and co-founder of both companies, Scott oversees strategic planning for Steven Scott Management, as well as real estate acquisition, development, and construction for Bader Development. Scott is responsible for the development and construction of over 30 multi-family home projects, ten commercial retail centers, and three single-family development projects since 1980. Scott is also an attorney and a licensed real estate broker.

Over the past 25 years, Mark has put this philosophy into action in the areas of strategic planning and growth strategy development for Steven Scott Management. As Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Mark is responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting and financial management for the company’s growing $500 million dollar portfolio. Mark works closely with owners, partnerships and accountants to ensure that the goals and visions of the owners are effectively realized. Mark’s extensive experience in detailed financial planning and analysis, utilization of new technologies in the multi-housing industry, and analysis of potential new development projects is vital to the success of Steven Scott Management and Bader Development. Mark has been with Steven Scott Management since 1987 and has a degree in Economics.

Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Steven Scott Management, Inc.
Strategic planning is imperative for every type of asset in order for it to reach its full potential. Each property in the Steven Scott portfolio, from eight to 289 units, has a specialized plan in place. With 25+ years of marketing experience in the apartment industry, Brenda brings a keen approach to knowing a property’s target demographic and creating a plan that works to attract and keep residents. Brenda began working with Steven Scott in 1999 and has led the Marketing department in establishing successful marketing plans for over 100 communities. During that time she has overseen 62 lease-ups and 35+ property repositions. Prior to joining Steven Scott, Brenda was a partner in a Minneapolis-based consulting and contract leasing firm, and worked as Sales Manager for Apartment Search, Inc. for 11 years. Brenda has served the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association both as committee chair and board member, is a current board member for HousingLink, holds her Minnesota Real Estate Broker’s License, COM Certification, Degree in Business Communications. Some of Brenda’s greatest work joys are seeing employees, colleagues and clients realize success and new development drafts become enriched communities.

Vice President of Accounting and Corporate Operations, Steven Scott Management, Inc.
Amy began working for Steven Scott Management in 1995 as an Accountant. Over the past 20+ years, Amy has worked as Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Controller, and was named Vice President of Accounting & Corporate Operations in 2017. As VP of Accounting and Corporate Operations, she directs the accounting operations for all properties in the Steven Scott portfolio. She also supervises the IT, Human Resources, and Payroll departments and oversees all financial reporting for Steven Scott Management and Bader Development. In addition to these areas, Amy has played a critical, pivotal role in helping Steven Scott Management stay on the forefront of technological changes, including serving as Project Manager for several property management software upgrades and enhancements. With her accounting background, Amy is able to direct the technology tools utilized by Steven Scott Management in order to provide the maximum efficiency in our industry to the employees, owners and outside firms while conforming to all standard accounting practices. Amy has a degree in Accounting and Finance.

Responsible for the overall performance and profitability of over 104 owned & managed assets, Stacey is devoted to driving measurable results. A 26 year veteran of the property management industry, Stacey has lead teams in market rate, student, senior, affordable and new construction properties. Stacey has the ability to build internal & external relationships, and energize people to achieve their goals which ultimately increases the profitability of the assets. Stacey has been an active member of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association, serving in a capacity of committee and sub-committee chair. A graduate of the University of North Dakota, Stacey received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Communications.
